APEC

The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) is a regional economic forum established in 1989 to leverage the growing interdependence of the Asia-Pacific. APEC's 21 members aim to create greater prosperity for the people of the region by promoting balanced, inclusive, sustainable, innovative and secure growth and by accelerating regional economic integration.

APEC Wine Forum

Within the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the Wine Regulatory Forum (WRF) of government officials and stakeholders is dedicated to regulatory cooperation and facilitation of the wine trade.

Codex Alimentarius

The Codex Alimentarius, or "Food Code" is a collection of standards, guidelines and codes of practice adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. The Commission, also known as CAC, is the central part of the Joint FAO/WHO Food Standards Programme and was established by FAO and WHO to protect consumer health and promote fair practices in food trade.

FIVS

Since 1951, FIVS has been serving the interests of the alcohol beverage industry on an international scale. FIVS is a worldwide federation designed to serve the wine, beer and spirits sectors.

International Wine Technical Summit

The International Wine Technical Summit is a collaborative group of government and industry representatives who have an understanding of the technical issues surrounding wine production and trade, and work with the aim of trade facilitation.

OIV

The OIV is an intergovernmental organisation of a scientific and technical nature of recognised competence for its works concerning vines, wine, wine-based beverages, table grapes, raisins and other vine-based products.

WHO

The goal of the World Health Organization (WHO) is to build a better, healthier future for people all over the world. Working through offices in more than 150 countries, WHO Secretariat staff work side by side with governments and other partners to ensure the highest attainable level of health for all people.

WTO

The World Trade Organization (WTO) is the only global international organization dealing with the rules of trade between nations. At its heart are the WTO agreements, negotiated and signed by the bulk of the world’s trading nations and ratified in their parliaments. The goal is to ensure that trade flows as smoothly, predictably and freely as possible.
